Singing Bowl Sound Bath

A relaxing sound bath and meditation led by Travis, perfect for releasing any resistance and stress. In this guided exercise, we will release any limiting beliefs, thoughts, or feelings and welcome loving energy to assist with personal growth. Using crystal singing bowls, Travis will immerse your physical and energetic body with high vibrational sound and frequency. This meditative experience will allow you to open yourself up energetically to transformation, healing, and abundance. After the sound bath, you will complete a guided journal exercise and we will discuss the experience as a group. 

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on.
