Shipping Policies

All items ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Select your choice at checkout. Shipping time is an estimate, and refers to time your package will spend in transit after leaving Lauda. Orders are shipped within 5 business days of order being placed, unless the shop is on vacation, which is rare and will be noted on the website’s homepage.

All shipping prices are automatically calculated based on weight. Orders comprising only stickers and cards ship for a flat rate of $4. Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $120.

Lauda is not responsible for mail that is lost, damaged or delayed by the carrier. Lauda is not responsible for resolving shipping issues caused by the customer incorrectly entering their address.

Returns

We always hope you love your purchases, but if you are not satisfied, then we will happily exchange your items or provide you with store credit. Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds at this time.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If you would like to make an exchange, we will apply your original shipping charges towards the cost of shipping you your replacement item.

Store credit will be issued in the form of as eGift card which may be used in-store or online and never expires.

All returned items must be in new condition with packaging intact (if applicable). All items must be free from damage and signs of wear. Returns are at the discretion of Lauda staff, and we may refuse to allow a return if your returned items come back to us damaged in any way.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of in-store purchase or online order delivery.

To initiate a return, please email amelia@laudatacoma.com with a list of the items you wish to return, the reason(s) for your return, and whether you would like store credit or an exchange. 

Please do not mail us returns without contacting us first and getting confirmation that we are ready to receive your return.

Customer is responsible for packaging their items for return shipment, if required. Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping charges.

Store credit will be issued in the form of an eGift card once returned items are delivered to Lauda and deemed to be in acceptable condition.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or isn't the one you ordered, please contact amelia@laudatacoma.com. Please include photos if possible.

If Lauda is at fault, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement. We will refund all shipping costs, including the cost of return shipping if applicable.
